Wanna look like your filtered selfie? Magically erase those lines and shadows around your mouth? Add natural highlight and contour to your cheekbones? Get that perfect pout? Balance your profile? Restore aging hands? Dermal filler can do all of that and more. And don’t worry, we know there’s some ‘interesting’ looking people out there giving filler a bad name. Rest assured you won’t be one of them. Well done filler is not meant to look like you had a ‘procedure’, rather just the most well-rested, refreshed version of YOU. This is where the medicine becomes the artistry.
During your appointment, you’ll have a consultation with our lead injector where you can share your concerns and ask questions. He’ll examine your face and ask about your goals and desired outcome. We pride ourselves on giving our clients a relaxing comfortable experience, and use everything we can from local or topical numbing, calming music, heavy blanket, vibration sticks, squeeze balls, and meditative breathing techniques to ensure your treatment is as comfortable as possible.
Dermal fillers are gel-like substances injected under the skin used to support and mimic the natural fad pads of the face, improve bone structure, and in some cases stimulate collagen production. They can also be used to volumize and improve the look of other areas like aging hands, neck lines, under eye hollows, and even non-surgical enhancement for the butt. As of 2023, the only FDA-approved brands of filler in the United States include Restylane, Juvederm, Revanesse, Belotero, Radiesse, and RHA.
Dermal fillers can improve the size and shape of certain features like the lips and cheekbones. As we age, your body starts to lose collagen in the skin, and fat support below the skin. Dermal filler can correct volume loss, give support to the skin, and even stimulate collagen production to create a more youthful and refreshed appearance.

Dermal filler results are seen right away, however you may have bruises, swelling and mild soreness following your procedure. Usually, these side effects go away in a few days, but we do recommend scheduling any filler procedure at least 2-4 weeks of any major events or trips to allow complete resolution and healing. Results last 9-12 months on average, but each person metabolizes and breaks down filler differently. Depending on the area treated, and how much filler was used, some people may get 1.5-2 years, while others may break down their filler in 6 months. Sometimes several sessions are required to achieve optimal results in a certain area for a certain person.
Many people see results right away after getting these injections. But everyone’s results are different. How long it takes to see results (and how long they last) depends on several factors, including the type of treatment you received.
