What is Lip Blushing?

Lip Blushing is a type of semi-permanent make up that enhances the beauty of the natural lip color, improving the shape of the lips and giving definition and the illusion of fullness. This treatment delivers very natural results once healed. Filler is great for creating volume in your lips, but lip blush delivers a more natural look and gives the illusion of fuller lips.

What to Expect?

The procedure begins with a consultation to discuss the desired lip shape and color. A numbing cream is then applied to the lips to minimize discomfort. The technician uses a special tattooing device to deposit the pigment into the lips, creating a natural, long-lasting lip color.

The procedure generally takes about two to three hours, and most clients describe the sensation as a light scratching. You may experience mild swelling and tenderness on the first day, but this will subside.

Recovery Process

Lip Blushing has a minimal recovery time. The color will appear very vibrant and dark immediately after the procedure. However, as the lips heal, the color will fade by approximately 50%, revealing a soft, natural color.

It’s important to keep the lips hydrated and protected with an ointment provided by your technician. Avoid spicy foods and hot drinks until the lips have fully healed.

Expected Results

The results are beautiful, natural-looking lips. The color will be tailor-made to complement your skin tone and style. Results typically last up to two to three years, depending on the individual’s lifestyle and skin type.

Who is a Good Candidate?

If you want to enhance the natural shape of your lips, correct asymmetry, or just add a touch of color to your lips, Lip Blushing could be an excellent option. It’s suitable for most skin types and ages. A consultation will help determine if this procedure is right for you.

Is Lip Blushing Painful?

A numbing cream is applied before the procedure to minimize discomfort. Most clients report little to no pain. We prioritize your comfort and satisfaction throughout the procedure and are committed to making your Lip Blushing experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
