What Can I Expect At My Appointment?
- Consultation - Before the treatment, expect to discuss your skin concerns and goals.
- Preparation - The area(s) will be cleansed and a topical numbing cream will be applied to minimize discomfort during the treatment.
- The Treatment - We will use a microneedling device to create tiny, controlled punctures in the skin. This process stimulates collagen production and promotes skin healing. The duration of the procedure typically lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area being treated.
- Post-Treatment Care - After the treatment, a soothing serum or mask may be applied to calm the skin. You'll receive aftercare instructions, which may include avoiding sun exposure, certain skincare products, and physical activities for a few days.
